I have been working in Vb.net/SQL since 2003, have already developed such application that keeps track of employee attendance and send email etc to specific manager. Here is a brief details of my proposed solution 1- Department Management --> Add/Update/Delete Department 2- Designation Management Add/Update/Delete Department 3- Employee Management --> Add/Update/Delete Department wise and assign particular designation 4- Attendance taking datewise , send email in case employee attendance is not marked. 5-Reports Looking forward to have a chat with you to discuss in detail.

Hi! Can develop such system using C#. There are two possibilities. I can create a web application. I this case you should have WebServer in your network.
