I have gone through your project details and it seems like an issue I have also gone through in recent days while developing an extension app for IE that consumed REST APIs. Now, regarding your issue it states that its working fine on Windows 10 but on Windows 7 it has issues connecting to online server. It seems to be an easy fix to me. If you have the project files (not just the executable) we can debug it and specify or even fix the problem. If you have just the executable file then would be a little complicated, but we can still find the problem. Please contact me and provide the project files or the executable to see if i can even do it before you assign the project. My bet it's quite high because i don't know the complexity of the software and debugging can take a while.
