Help compile my Silverlight Application

Hi there, I have an old Silverlight project that was designed using Silverlight v4. Then when Silverlight 5 came out we changed all the references but then the application did not compile and for many years I did not take care of it. So, now what I need is that you will fix the project and get it to compile correctly. This means you will have to use Silverlight v4. Now, one of the problems we are going to face is that it will work correctly from your computer but not mine since once I download the project all the paths to all the DLLs will change. So what we will need is that you will create a folder for all the dlls that are referencing so that it will be an all-encompassing project. Deliverable: A Silverlight project that will compile in Visual Studio 2019 or Visual Studio 2017 on Windows 10. You may give me a zoom demo but if I cannot compile it on my machine then you will also have to give me remote support. The completion of the project is when the project compiles on my machine accurately. Please let me know if you have any questions.
