Hidden VNC with some requirement.

I need a Hidden VNC for controll a remote desktop at same time while other user is using the PC. I found some tools that do it and work fine. But I now I need a new requirement. I need that when I put start to Hidden VNC, it not create a new desktop windows for me, I need see a clon desktop of that the user is seeing. I mean clone the desktop with all windows/programs that users have openeds and I continue use it. I know that this sound crazy but im sure that this is possible or something similar. Please send me proposal only if you understand the requirements and you think you can do it. send me a proposal talking about the project and not a copy paste proposal thanks you !
