Logistics Tracking

Hello there, I would like to enquire a simple web based logistics tracking system with the following: 1. Cargo Tracking Employee would first key in customer details as below a. Customer Name b. Customer Contact No c. Customer D/O No c. Cargo Description d. Cargo Origin e. Cargo Destination f. Cargo Quantity g. Cargo UOM (Unit of Measurement) 2. Planning, Assignment & Pre-Alert There are 5 branches for the company. We have 10 trucks in our company. Every truck would travel to different branches. We want to capture the truck movement of each truck and for every branch. There are 2 different process flows for delivery: Local Cargo (a), Inter-transit Cargo (b) a. Receive Cargo-> Truck Planning-> Delivery -> POD Return b. Receive Cargo -> Truck Planning-> Receiving Branch -> Truck Planning ->Delivery -> POD Return E.g. Branch A has 1 truck. Branch B has 3 trucks. Branch A has two types of cargo in hand, Cargo D which is local cargo and Cargo E which is an Inter-transit Cargo. The planner in Branch A selects and consolidates the two cargo as Cargo D final destination is Branch B, Cargo E would transit in Branch B. Branch A would dispatch the truck to Branch B in the system. Branch B would get the pre-alert in the system. The truck arrived in Branch B, Branch B would have to acknowledge the cargo and truck arrived by changing the status in the system. Branch B now possess the truck in hand (Branch A cannot select the truck) Branch B assign 1 truck to deliver Cargo D, 1 truck to another branch carrying Cargo E, 1 truck back to Branch A. 3. D/O Tracking a. Status of the D/O that has been entered into cargo tracking module b. Which Branch the D/O is located [login to view URL] Goods a. Select which goods would go to which truck during planning process b. Trucks in Branches – See What truck is available in branches -Assign drivers to what truck – Status of trucks Option to select a. Repair b. Active c. Standby 7. Dashboard for branches to view outstanding tasks such as outstanding D/O, incoming trucks pre-alert, number of cargo in hand.
