I’m looking for someone with an in-depth knowledge of software development using Microsoft Silverlight, Visual Studio, C#, WPF and SQL Server database to teach an experienced Software Developer how Silverlight interacts with the rest on the technologies and to understand the structure of Silverlight, MVVM etc. We currently have an application that has been developed with these technologies so the person that I’m looking for must be able to demonstrate how Silverlight works within our code. This job can be done using Skype / Teamviewer / etc. to speak to the Software Developer.
