Simple windows application Wheel of Fortune

It needs to be fully brandable and cusomizable. - Enter the number of entries on the wheel - Select pictures (from the computer) for each entry on the wheel - Ability to repeat entries (for example a 10 entry wheel and only 3 pictures, repeat the 3 until the wheel is full) - Cheerful message and picture in full screen of the winner entry - Weighing entries, some entries are more likely than others - Cusomize button press or mouse click to start the simulation - Simulate the rotation of the wheel - Re-start simulation The application needs to be graphic and have an easy interaction (button click or button press to start). It needs to be fullscreen and pressing ESC guides us back to the customizing page. In the customizing page we can set the above given attributes and start simulating. The app should feel nice and well designed. The compiled program needs to be protected from further distribution, figure out a unique licence code generation so that only we have access to use the program. We will require the full source code when it's done.
