Hello, Software Engineer here, I did not worked with that RFID device, but I worked with some of other models, if you have the documentation about your RFID device then I will help you to acomplish this. What I can do is code an application which will be connected through USB with the reader then stablish the communication using the protocol, then send the data to the third app, such like a data bridge.
