WPF C# modification on existing project

I will be able to work on the current WPF application to optimize auto complete textbox and fix responsive issue related to listbox. Please explain "Update list view so that its width and height is attached with Windows." 1- Do you need the listview to be responsive according to width height of Parent Window ? 2-Dummy row can be added,not an issue..Please guide about the condition 3-Is it Multicolumn Autocomplete or Single column ?
