Need Custom CAD/CAM for Regulation Cornhole Game Boards

Cornhole is a very popular lawn/outdoor game in the US that is essentially a bean bag toss game where you try to throw corn-filled bags into a 6" hole in a 2' x 4' board. CornStar Customs is a new company creating custom cornhole boards for our customers. These boards need to meet the American Cornhole Association standards for game play which are: "The American Cornhole Association requires platforms be a 48" x 24" rectangle made from 1/2-inch plywood. The front of the platform stands 2-1/2 to 4 inches tall and the back of the platform sits 12 inches off the ground. A 6" hole is cut in the center of the board, 9" from the top and 12" from each side of the board." We would like our boards to be a bit more stylish and interesting than standard boards, including a scoring matrix in the back panel, a hand grip to carry the boards in the side panels and drink holders between the legs. All that said, we need custom CAD/CAM done so we can create all parts for entire boards from plywood sheets on our 4' x 8' CNC router running Mach3 control software. Material yield should be maximized so four (4) tops are created out of one sheet of 1/2" plywood and however many sides, legs and bracing are cut out of a separate sheet of 3/4" plywood, again, maximizing material yield. This will result in more sets of sides/legs/braces than tops, but we will multiply the number of top sheets to match the number of sides/legs/braces that can be created from a single 4' x 8' sheet. Since there will be some kerf loss in cutting the tops, the sides may need a 1/2" deep rabbet so the tops can be recessed and remain flush with the top of the sides. I may be able to get slightly oversized 1/2" plywood, so that may not be necessary.
