Hello Be sure I’ve done it for many car pieces before and have solution pack for your requirements. I have a good knowledge in automotive industries. I have designed many parts, some of which includes basic requirement ( Start BD , PD , DFA , DFM , QFD , DFMEA according to IATF 16949 : chapter 8 ) and for some of them I have written RFQs , documents and calculations. As it was expected I'm deeply in command of Catia (in all environment like: generative shape and sheet metal design, ICEM, Imagine and shape, Product, Drafting), Solidworks, NX, PTC Creo and FEA software like Abaquse and ADAMS (car balance). I can extract 2D drawings with all the required tolerances (Dimensional and geometrical tolerances: GD&T).
