HTTPS and SFTP troubleshooting

Hi there, I'm an Australian software engineer with experience in software development, as well as provisioning and maintaining server software, both with and without panels such as plesk, cpanel and virtualmin. SFTP issues usually aren't related to SSL, but could be in this case if you're using the domain as the hostname. Should be fairly straightforward to get fixed, should take a few hours at most, baring any issues.
