Need codeigniter/ftp experts

I am a CodeIgniter (and FTP) expert. Your tasks sounds simple and I can complete it within an hour. However I need to understand more clearly what you require? Do you require automatic creation of sub domains through API? I have created similar admin panels before. For example this: [login to view URL] is an admin panel to manage all domains on a server. It is a domain seller panel so that a person can add domains to it in a few clicks and the back-end is created in CPANEL API. I think your task is similar? Message me now to discuss further.
