Accessible CMS and website refresh

Project Overview Sustainability Sciences Limited are working on behalf of S&T Cover Limited to complete a digital profile refresh with key objectives being: • Improving client awareness and market presence • Improving internal ease of access to website content for editing and updates • Reviewing and updating content to better reflect service and capability. This request for proposal is aimed specifically at the website update. The existing website can be viewed here [login to view URL] . This will provide background on industry, market etc. The current website is designed on Word Press. The primary website purpose is to serve as a reference point that provides awareness on capability, current projects, skills acquisition, and general company updates. Note that client acquisition is primarily through b2b, relationship development and direct qualification and tender. Other elements of the digital profile update will also be taking place simultaneously. This is not included within this request for proposal, but it is important to be aware of this and to identify any potential impacts and opportunities for the new site and vice versa. This includes: • Logo refresh. This will not be a redesign, but rather to improve the quality of the existing logo and to provide different versions, layouts and file formats that may be needed. The colour, overall design concept and feel will remain the same as this is not a rebranding exercise. • LinkedIn profile update. This will include profile update with some promoted posts. 1.1 Key requirements of new website include: • Content Management System (CMS) that is easy to use internally. • CMS that can provide performance analytics and reports. • Facilitating easy updates for new project descriptions and company updates • Modern and intuitive look and feel. • Ease of navigation and adaptive design for mobile • Linking to key subsidiary websites (S&T training) and delivery partner (ConstruktRS) • Improvements in Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) • Jobs page for key skill requirements with application form 2 Design requirements Design preference would be using the same colour scheme and white background concept as existing website. We expect the designer to suggest modern and intuitive layout options that aligns to the industry and purpose of the website as noted previously. 3 Content requirements Primary website areas / Pages would include: • Background, capability & primary services (Home) • Recent / previous projects • Safety and sustainability • Jobs / Work for us • News / updates (Embedded feed from LinkedIn page would be preferred to avoid effort duplication) Note that we will provide relevant website copy and images. 4 Technical requirements Suggest new Content Management System that will facilitate the key requirements noted in 1.1. The current word press website is hosted by our IT provider. Please provide recommendations in terms of hosting options suited to proposed CMS. 5 Timeline Target completion date for completion and launch is 30 April 2023.
