I have identified a list of 10 traits / actions required by managers at my organization that they should follow and exhibit in their day to day dealings with their subordinates. The draft document i have created contains two main sections. First is a brief description of this trait/attribute (for example: the trait is “unleashing employees potential”. For this trait i need brief description explaining what it is why it is important). Second section of the document is listing down some practical tips to help managers put this trait into action. I need a person with solid hr experience to work on this and use credible resources to generate the content.
