Social Media Content Creator and Blogger

I am looking to hire someone with excellent English writing skills that can effectively and efficiently complete the following tasks on a weekly basis:
1. Research new and relevant topics in the US and write educational blog posts
2. Create content for Social Media including photos, contests, images, graphics, animated content, quotes and more
3. Stay organized
4. Follow Instructions
5. Complete work within deadlines
6. Create all ORIGINAL content. No help from content creation templates or sites
7. Be familiar with internal linking from blogs to website to other blog posts.
8. Compile monthly reporting from Google Analytics and Social Media Sites
8. Knowledge in SEO is a plus
I am looking to hire someone on an ongoing basis. This is not a temporary assignment nor on project basis. I am only looking for someone that has open availability through the week and wants to begin an ongoing assignment.
