Social Media & Content Guru (U.S. Based) needed for nonprofit startup focused on equity and inclusion in the snow sports industry. If you have a love of the outdoors and share our belief that people of all color and uniqueness should experience the intrinsic benefits that snow sports offers - we’re looking for you. We have an amazing team and board to launch us. You’ll execute social media campaigns and engage with influencers to amplify our mission, search for related content to share and create original content of your own (blog, narrative, text, graphics, video, etc), manage posts, respond to followers, and promote the new brand to grow, inspire and engage a diverse social community. We’ll supply the tools - you supply the passion and expertise. Hours will vary in the start-up phase and intensify over time. EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE/ SKILLS: · Three years of social media management experience · Current knowledge of and experience with posting, tracking, and metric technologies and best practices related to social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, Snapchat, TikTok, and Twitter.
