Hemp production contract

Basically I need a contract between myself "Byrd's Seed Llc" . (seed company) and the farmer, "A Bar Ag Enterprises" growing my seed. The basic idea is to sell him my seed and have him grow the crop and I will have a third party buy it at end of harvest. The idea is to have an agreement where we can produce a crop and split up the profits, less the cost of the farm expenses plus ten percent. Ex. If he spent a million to make two million after harvest... 1,000,000 cost, plus 15% equals 1,150,000. If the contract is for 2,000,00, I would like to subtract the cost(1,150,000) and split the remaining 900,000 profit 50%/50% if that makes sense. [login to view URL] seed needs to be purchased from Byrd's seed llc, by the farmer. A. Byrd's responsible for acquiring verified seed for the contract B. Farmer will preform a 1/2 acre germination test ten days prior to seeding multiple acres. This test will allow the farmer to prove his seeding and germination method. C. The seed is considered intellectual property. All seed is owned by Byrd's Seed Llc. The farmer leases the right to grow byrd's seed seed and does not have the right to keep any. All seed must be returned to Byrd's. 2. Research provisions. A. Byrd's or any representative of byrd's shall be allowed to conduct research on the crop at any time. B. All research will be done by Byrd's to assist future farmers and authorities in the growth of the California hemp industry. 3. Pest management and crop viability. This particular crop has a very low threshold for contamination and requires the farm to take adequate measures to ensure a viable harvestable crop. A. Biological prevention is always preferred to conventional. B. Farmer is required to keep adequate documentation for all materials used on the crop, as well as nearby crops that may have an overspray or drift from a neighboring farm. 4. Culling male plants. A. All male plants showing preflower sex will need to be manually culled from the farm at first sign of sex to avoid seed production, and batch contamination at harvest. 5. Post production and drying. A. The field should be dried to a homogeneous consistency free of mold and contaminates at a moisture between 8-10%. B. The top bud section of the hemp plant is the most valuable for this contract. There may need to have additional processing to remove bud from stalk, to increase the value of the crop depending on harvest and grow methods. C. All material to be processed into large super sacks for pickup or delivery based on customer request. 6. Payment and pay scale A. Current market rate for Cbd hemp is semi variable based on the percentage of cbd in a homogeneous batch test, in addition to the supply and demand on the open market. Currently, the market price is $4.20 per percentage of cbd in the harvested flower. An example: 6.25% cbd tested batch x $4.20 =$26.25 per pound of hemp cbd flower B. Payment is as follows: Byrd's will agree to pay A Bar ag enterprise a 50/50 fair market value for the crop, less the farmer's expenses plus fifteen percent. Example.. If the farm spends 2,000,000 to produce this contract totaling 10,000,000.. profits would be split as follows: 2,000,000 +15% = 2,300,000. 10,000,000 - 2,300,000= 7,700,000 7,700,000 / 2 =3,850,000 profit for each party.
