Requirements: to write minutes from the recordings of the meeting plus any papers provided, such as agenda and annexes and PowerPoint presentations which are shown during the meeting.
Quality: A very high level of clarity is required for the written English, as well as attention to detail, so it is all to a high standard. This is about making a clear summary of what was agreed which makes sense. You can cut and paste text from papers and presentations provided, but these need to be turned into full sentences.
Time taken for project: typically, it might take twice the length of the meeting to write the minutes.
Timings: this is ready to go now, and the minutes need to be produced as soon as possible, and ideally within 48 hours of the agreed time.
English: fluent and excellent English is required, along with very good writing and grammar, and ideally with experience of taking minutes.
Transcription: this is NOT a transcription project. Expected wordcount will be much less than spoken.
