I am looking for an agency or individual to recruit for me someone who can help with my large Ecommerce website product descriptions. We want to standardize our product descriptions and need someone with excellent grammar and writing skills. Below is a brief description of the job and responsibilities. The Job. Our online stores sell products from nearly 100 different brands, including Herschel, Carhartt, KA-BAR and Umarex. Your primary job is to add these new products to our multiple websites on a tight deadline. These merchandising tasks make up 70% of the role. The other 30% is made up of marketing tasks. As part of a team, you will contribute creative content to various email, blog and social media campaigns. Merchandising Responsibilities. ● analyze product information from multiple sources ● write engaging copy for a wide variety of products ● write copy with a unique voice for each brand ● edit/update existing content to meet brand standards ● organize and maintain product categories ● spot website errors and fix them in a timely manner ● coordinate with data entry team to meet deadlines ● manage and update spreadsheets and databases ● problem solve data and formatting issues Marketing Responsibilities. ● perform market and keyword research ● write engaging copy for several different mediums ● write copy with a unique voice for each brand ● analyze campaign data and create reports ● present creative solutions to meet marketing goals ● work with a team to generate creative visual content Education degree or diploma in English/Communications/Bachelor of Arts/Marketing/Journalism
