Implement WebSearch application for OS Windows

Generals: The project is about Windows Shell Extensions. Different sources call it in their own way - Explorer TaskBar, Explorer ToolBar (please don't mix with Internet Explorer, as the thing is about actually Windows Explorer). Other possible names are - Desktop Bar, or, accordingly to Microsoft MSDN– Desktop Band, or - DeskBand. The program (project) is an additional panel to the standart Windows taskbar and actually is an analogue of standart search taskbar provided by Windows OS by default - see [login to view URL]:[login to view URL], of course with some special requirements. What we need is application written on C++ using Microsoft Visual Studio 2013 desirebly, but this is discussable. Application should normally work on OS Windows 7/10. 32/64 but without necessity of installing additional software, such as, for instance, Windows .Net Framework.
