I want a C++/Visual Basic application to dowload periodically forex rates (1minute, 3 minutes, 5 minutes and 1 hour time frames) from the Oanda API (EUR-USD, GBP-USD, etc). The rates are to be stored on a text file. For a certain pair, if the volume/price goes above or below a certain limit, an alert window should pop up along with a warning sound. The pairs and the limits should be stored on a text file. Text format: <Pair1> <volume_trigger1> <time_frame> <Pair2> <volume_trigger2> <time_frame> Main site: [login to view URL] (you should open a demo account which is free) API website: [login to view URL] API software examples: [login to view URL] (Yes, you got it. This should be an easy straightforward task as there are already software samples !!!!!) At the end of the job, I want the source code because I will have to program a little bit more. This means that I will need the C++ package to be free as I do not intend to buy the Microsoft package.

I can do this using wxwidgets (no need for Visual Studio) library. Already opened demo account. I can test using demo acct.
