CSS + VUEJS Require

I'm looking for someone good with CSS who also knows vuejs. You will be given a simple VueJS project that looks like on picture: I need the following You will make a custom card (vs-card) starting with a "no-body" card and will make it look like on the drawing: Header: profile picture on the left, title (with link on it) & subtitle, date.
