Joomla website tweaks

I've got a 'slow' website; especially on mobile. It's called [login to view URL]

. I'm going to launch it in 2 days. (Sun. 4/5 here) I did a GTmetrix test and Google PageSpeed Insights test. Could you please run both of the tests on ALZSmart. I'd like for you to look at the test results and opportunities to speed it up. Then give me 'range' of test scores you think you can reach for each: 1) Gtmetrix, 2) PageSpeed (desktop), and 3) PageSpeed (mobile - very important) plus

I want to know what you're up against to make it faster. And how much faster you think you can make given the issues the 3 tests tell you. Basically, I think those tests will tell you the scope of work, then you tell me how much you can improve the website given those issues.

So, improve desktop speed to around 3 second, mobile to around 5-6 seconds, finish in about 4-5 days
