Migrate a website from Vue/Nuxt.js to Wordpress W/ Functions

Currently we have a website written in Vue that needs to be migrated to a Wordpress format pages, that includes: -Transitions within pages -Custom functions that might need to be converted into wordpress plugins -Visual elements and styles that rely on cookies -A few minimal modifications All these functions will be handed with the code. Everything is working, and there is no need to reinvent the wheel.
