I’m currently working for a lawn mowing company in Australia as a Sales & Client Manager. My work entails quoting for service jobs: small to huge jobs including other gardening services. Quotes are based on the size of the yards, current state of the grass (overgrown or not). A quote can be very simple and straightforward to very complex from $30 to over $1000 in a single transaction. In over a year that I’ve worked for the company, I’ve trained my eyes and brain to quote different kinds of jobs. I always believe in giving the best customer experience through keeping great relationships with my clients in order to convert them to regulars or returning customers.
