Thank you for checking out our listing !! We own and operate an e-commerce business that sells products for golf carts online. Yes, golf carts. We have been in business for 6 years and are growing rapidly (especially with the coronavirus). We are a team of 10 with 5 Full-Time Employees and 1 Part-Time employee in the United States, and 9 Full-Time Virtual Employees in the Philippines / Pakistan, and now Costa Rica and Mexico. We also have 10 contractors that help us with web development, marketing, bookkeeping, etc. We are looking for one special someone to be our next Full-Time VA / Customer Service Team Member !! If you are the person that fixes something right away or makes your bed without being asked, then you are what I am searching for. It is very critical that you: (1) Can speak & type in fluent English (2) Are EXTREMELY reliable (3) Enjoy learning and learn quickly (4) Have a positive attitude :) What will you be doing? • Working with team members to respond to customer calls / emails / chats (daily) • Having fun chatting with other team members via Slack! • Learning about golf carts and how an e-commerce company operates! When will you be working? US business hours 9: 00-6: 00 PM EST Monday-Friday to start (40 hours / week with a break each day). Long-term schedule TBD, may include weekends. This is a multi-step hiring process, so be prepared to go through all steps if selected. What to provide? 1) Resume 2) Facebook and / or Instagram profile 3) Please go to this website: ([login to view URL])/ and take the 1-minute typing speed test. Instead of "Aesop's Fables", please click the dropdown box and choose "The Wonderful Wizard of Oz". Take the test and then take a screenshot of the resulting score. Take a few tests if you need to, but do it yourself please. Please then send the screenshot. 4) Do your best to respond to a customer who just sent you the following email: "Hey, my name is John and I just received one of your battery chargers and it is the wrong one. Please advise" 6) You will also be asked to provide a list of References should you be chosen as one of our top candidates This will be a Full-Time position (40 hours / week) beginning as soon as possible. We are looking for a long-term employee for years to come. Pay starts at $ 5.50 / hour (we like to give increases and bonuses to those that do great work). Thank you! Dan
