I believe that I am the VA / Customer Service person that you're looking for because I have the skills and the abilities to become successful in that role. I have the patience to read, listen and understand the problem. I also ensure that I continuously learn everything about the process to be able to provide an updated answer and resolution with every issue. Although I haven't worked as a VA or customer service representative yet, I'm ready to take the challenge of working in a customer service industry. I've previously worked as a Supervisor and some of my tasks were collaborating with U.S. clients, coordinating with other leads and managers, monitoring mailboxes to be able to respond to inquiries and concerns. I know that these tasks that I've handled would help me be an efficient VA / Customer service agent.
