Commission based online sales & lead generation

Please read the description in full before submitting a bid. There is no hurry and suitable applicants will be chosen after a few days. This job consists of selling pre-owned domain names. You have to research potential buyers, contact them individually by email and try to get them to buy a suitable domain name. During the first month (i.e. 30 days from the day you get started) you are paid $3/hr (please apply with that amount) plus bonuses. Your bonus is calculated as follows at the end of your first month: The commission is 20% of the sales price, your hourly earnings are deducted from that. Any remaining balance is paid out as a bonus. Most domain names are priced in the $1,000 - $2,500 range so there's great potential for high commissions. Example: if you worked 100 hours and sold $2000 worth of domains, you get 100 * $3 = $300 for the hours worked, plus $2000 * 20% - $300 = $100 for the domains sold, for a total of $400. If you make at least 2 sales during the first month you will be invited to join the elite sales team. This will allow you to earn a pure commission of 20% plus potential volume bonuses (up to 3.5% extra). Scripts and instructions are provided. Sales experience and high motivation is a plus. You must be able to communicate in full, written English sentences. You must be proactive and able and willing to work independently and without constant supervision. You must be able to read and understand a written sales manual which contains many pages of text with exact descriptions of what to do in each situation. About 80% of buyers are located in the EU and US so it would be best if you can be online either during EU or US business hours. This job is commission based from the second month forward. This means that after your initial 30 days, you can work as many hours as you want but and you are paid for all completed sales (20% plus potential volume bonuses).
