I have a more than 5 years experience as an IT support. I can fix hardware and software faults on windows and any IT related tasks. I can also do tasks remotely via Team viewer and Anydesk remote application and fix the problem quickly.

1. Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
2. Maintaining the company website.
3. Monitor and maintain computer systems, applications and networks.
4. Communicate with concern personnel through a series of actions, either face to face or over the telephone, to help set up system or resolve technical issues.
5. Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnose and solve hardware or software faults.
6. Replace parts as required.
7. Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
8. Support the roll-out of new applications.
9. Set up new users account and profiles and dealing with password issues.
10. Test and evaluate new technology
