I believe I am the right fit for this job because of my experiences in previous position where I assisted in task coordination, appointment scheduling, file management, data entry and drafting of correspondence and calling customers who showed interest in our products. Also, my knowledge of the various CRM management tools is an added advantage.. From my experiences as an administrative assistant and customer service rep, I have excellent communication skills (written and verbal). I have intermediate knowledge of CRM tools like Zapier, Trello and and communication tools like zendesk, intercom, and teams. I have a vast knowledge of Google Suites and Microsoft office tools.
