CUSTOMER SUPPORT AGENTS FOR AN ONLINE STORE We are looking to for customer support agents of an online shop. We need candidates who are Native speakers in one of the following languages to communicate with customers and have to also be able to speak English in order to communicate with the management team. - SPANISH language You will have to call customers to confirm their orders and provide them with information about the shipping time. Pay is per hour and we offer 4$ per hour. You can work any day Monday – Sunday. Candidates applying with an ask above this rate will not be reviewed.

Me encantaría encarar esta propuesta de trabajo, por mi parte sé que es algo que me gusta hacer, algo en lo que tengo experiencia, sobretodo en la respuesta y el feedback con los clientes. Hace más de cinco años, que me desempeño como asistente administrativo y tengo amplios conocimientos en atención al cliente. Tengo buena comunicación con mis clientes y siempre lo hice a través de los trabajos que he realizado. Soy detallista, observadora, suelo ser muy buena traduciendo los requerimientos de las personas, hasta los que no lo expresan, mi lado de terapeuta sale y pregunto induciendo a que las propuestas sean más claras. Buscar soluciones por mi cuenta, casi mi cotidiano, soy una investigadora y aprendo cosas nuevas todos los días, nunca me quedo sentada a esperar, muevo, siempre muevo hacia adelante. Hablo inglés, a nivel avanzado, tengo mi certificacion IELTS 6. Estoy online a diario, disponible luego de las 14hs (Hora Argentina) sin embargo, mis respuestas son rápidas, hasta cuando aún no tengo la respuesta, cuento por donde ando, quito la posibilidad de conjeturar y que la falta de respuesta se traduzca en «no estar haciendo nada» frente a lo pedido.
