Greetings, so in last four years, I have done a series of telemarketing campaigns, working every position from data entry to appointment setting to running a virtual call center! Industries we targeted in these campaigns B2B, B2C, included healthcare, real estate, solar, music finance, loans, insurance, cell providers, etc. A typical day of an agent would include making 130 plus professional calls a day, including call backs. Every day the call list is submitted with correct information of the day s calls and actions taken. Phone presence and closing. when dealing with customers, what I like do is find common ground with people on the phone, clients are more relaxed and are more open to what you have to say, another selling technique is spin selling, basically asking the lead the right questions. Encourage them to visualize, so I can close that sale.
