Hi, I have 20 year experience in data analysis. You (and I think no person) can't find answers for your questions like "Which user is feeling discomfort on using AC ?", "What possible products and services we can offer to the AC users ?" from sample data attached. No information about users, no information about users' needs in the sample data. You can answer the questions like "What average outdoor/room temperature is for our customer? What difference between outdoor/room temperature is for your customer? The some is possible for speed, value and so on. May be you have more detailed data. In that case you can identify customers' features and their needs. In any case i am very flexible in methods and approaches and have enough experience in working with customer data. Here are a few of my initial ideas. Smart controls that use deep learning to discover when the customer is happy, then predict what changes need to be made to the AC settings to minimize the amount of times the customer needs to push the buttons. Green settings reducing electric use. Insulation analysis showing if the home is poorly insulated. Detect customer satisfaction based on how frequently they press buttons. Detect customer activity from use of buttons and temperature/humidity changes over time. With a machine learning clustering of customers and some deep learning analysis of the data will reveal more that we can't predict ourselves, but could be revealed in the data. You need an experienced data scientist, such as myself, to not confuse correlation and causation. Hi Looking at the data, the first thing I would do is group your customers or AC Users into groups. A primary groups would be based on the data we have, we can work out the level of insulation the aircon user has in their premiss. This can be seen from the outside temperature, the expected temperature, fan speeds and the humidity level. I would try to add location to the data as that would also give you some idea of the outside humidity. Thus for example, users in a high humidity environment may or may not be happy in a less humid environment. Also from experience, Aircon does not work well in a humid environment in a badly insulated room. The second grouping would be based on the expected temperature ranges the users expect compared to the relative outside temperature. With these groupings we can also use some modelling to see if the aircon is meeting the users expectations. High energy consumption with high fan speeds and fluctuating temperature requirements along with a few other columns can be used to model how well the aircon meets expectations.
