Need Reliable Part-Time Craigslist Poster -Long-Term Project

To GetAFreelancers: I run a real estate leasing firm and am in constant need of in-bound phone calls from prospective tenants. To get these phone calls, we run many ads for different properties on Craigslist. They're all in the same city, but different neighborhoods. We've already developed software that will do 90% of the work for a Craigslist poster. The software will generate a random advertisement for a poster to simply COPY & PASTE, including a random RENTAL PRICE and # OF BEDROOMS. The absolutely only thing you will need to "create" is the headlines, although I will try to produce an easy list of headlines to choose from in the near future. This means if you can COPY & PASTE, you can create a new Craigslist advertisement in just 2-3 minutes. I need you to be able to post between 30 and 120 advertisements each day, depending on your price and our needs each week. Please bid on the amount of money you want to post 30 ads a day for a 30 day period. <<<<< Very important. Please read again! Although you're bidding on only 30 ads/day, we will be growing very quickly and will likely need 60+ ads/day within the next few weeks. Again, most of the work is done for you -- this is a very easy and fast job for somebody who knows what they're doing. I will also create the accounts for you to use, so there is no need to provide any daily reporting -- I will be able to login to the account and see for myself the work you've done. Thank you!
