Add and Recreate items with attributes on Magento 1.9 site

We are currently scrapping the data from our magneto website and creating attributes. And we are also modifying pricing and adding a new price for contractors. We need someone to recreate and add new items to our site with attributes and options. We also have bullet points that need to be added to the description as shown in the sample.

There are 25 attribute sets and approximately 700 items . We will be providing the data as we complete it over a course of a week. Please provide a quote for the job.
I am willing to pay a higher rate for people who can use a script to create html tables and bullet points. Also must be willing to use Freelancer desktop app.
