I have had widespread experience in various departments within organisations, including my project management roles at Computacenter, Manchester Metropolitan University, and with the charity SKT Welfare. In addition, to support my experience, I have qualified for the Prince2 Foundation as well as gaining an Award from the Institute of Leadership and Management, Level 3; and have successfully used their methodologies in the successful completion of projects.
At Computacenter I create and maintain Project Plans, Finance Tracker, Risks, Issues, Dependencies and Assumptions Registers, Change and Lessons Learnt. I am responsible for managing finances for resources, contractors and hardware, both monitoring and reporting at month end as both projects I’m currently responsible for bill a month in arears. NFUM and Travis Perkins are the current projects I’m responsible for, worth £5,614,461.00 in revenue. I ensure the projects remain on plans and any changes are captured in the RFC and the baseline is amended accordingly.
Whilst working at Computacenter I have recruited, trained, coached and mentored new employees within the Central Projects team. I work from home one day a week which shows I am able to work without supervision, as well as working as part of a team. I am competent in remote working with the team whilst working from home.
In my spare time I have coordinated, led and managed 21 projects over 4 years generating over £80,000 in profits.
