Cold Calling for real estate

Hello, This is a proposal for being assigned to act as virtual assistant to make cold calls for a real estate investment company. I am very much able to do so using an excellent script. Three years relevant experience in USA based real estate investment as an admin. My job responsibilities included receiving inbound calls, outbound calls, cold calls using google voice, Mojo dialer and CRM management (Podio).
