We are seeking an Appointment Setter to join our team! You will be responsible for scheduling appointments for homeowners in South Florida showing a direct interest in Energy Efficient Hurricane Impact Windows & Doors. We are looking for someone who is coachable and enthusiastic!
It is Hourly + COMMISSION to start!
• Scheduling appointments
• Provide information about the products and services
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent verbal communication skills
