Baseclear is rapidly growing and expanding with being an independent business approach as a research laboratory for DNA-based analysis. We offers all convenient and highly structured solutions since 1993 with having highly customer-oriented company environment with direct communication and a close collaboration with each customer to develop solutions according to their specific needs. Our team always take care of the full process from start to finish and make sure each customer always up to date about status of project. We are always offering a complete analysis solution from wet lab to data interpretation and we always have trusted team member/specialists to provide consultancy and support to define the optimal setup for each project. Department Overview We are looking for professionals with strong understanding of maintaining positive relationships to build and develop each customer experience more joyfull,person who acts as a brand ambassador and capable to build own business as well with each right opportunities. We are looking for an individual who acts like an owner,feels like a customer,being able to creative using own life experiences with an innovative motive and to have an atittude for better positive outcome always. Always understand customer needs first and have solutions ready while handling all confidential matters. Always try to achieve assigned goals and all business objectives by promoting solutions and having business process finish in timely and accurate member with strictly adhering to company's policies and procedures while following all guidelines developed by company with integrity and respect. An individual who has capability to connect with each customer personally to advice them best fit solutions according to their business beeds. An individual who believes in helping other team members while developing positive team environment while participating in all personal performance development. An individual who believes in assisting team by respecting all team members/coworkers,always be dedicated while having an update on day to day activities and daily routine and help all team members to understand any policy or procedure. An individual who can easily communicate both verbally and written for better positive operational developments where any single opportunity to improve and achieve operational excellence while respecting guidelines developed by company. Other duties as request please. Job Requirements High school diploma with at least minimum six month of similar job/working experience (preferred) Having strong positive communications skills. Having a strong understanding of positive team environment,maintaining respect and integrity through out different levels of company. Having an understanding of time management skills,administration,organizational and planning skills to work in a fast peaced work environment. Having a basic knowledge of using computer,MS Office (Word,Excel and Outlook) and internet.
