For the past 3 years, I have gained experience in the customer service industry and enjoyed learning new things. I have worked with different industries from Health to Construction industries. I am highly responsible, communicative, fast learner and reliable person. I am enthusiastic in any project assigned with critical thinking, time management, and strong work ethics. I am very accurate, self-organized and reliable worker with a lot background in data entry, administrating, research and outreach. I am an Industrial Engineer and I have a Masters degree in Industrial Systems and Management from the University of Cambridge. I specialize in process optimization and data analysis. I have excellent analytical skills and business knowledge which, combined, allow me to create tools which are valuable resources for any organization. I have been using Excel and VBA to develop tools and reports for many years and I have excellent knowledge of its different formulas, the use of Macros and Pivot Tables and Graphs. In addition, I also work with other BI software such as Klipfolio and Domo. Examples of my work include dashboards, balanced scorecards, sales and performance reports and different types of business tools.
