We are a fast growing software company in South Orange County that offers a cloud based self-service platform to the insurance industry. We are looking for a couple of diverse individuals to perform data entry of our new clients data into our system on a contract basis. These people would be more valuable if they also had customer support experience.
YOUR ROLE AS A CLIENT SUCCESS SPECIALIST:
In this role, you will be responsible for providing prompt and accurate data entry. This is a part time/contract roll that could transition into a full time roll depending on experience (customer support, etc). This position is also a work from home roll. OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
- Must reside in Orange County or North San Diego County (no out of state candidates please)
- Must be English as a 1st language
- Ability to clearly communicate both written and verbal without supervision
- Motivated and intuitive with a high level of commitment and strong work ethic, and attention to detail
- Software savvy, with knowledge of Google, Microsoft Suite, etc
- Bachelor's Degree desirable, but not required
