Data entry using Word (copy and paste)

I am asking for help for a research project of mine where I need to extract (copy and paste) words from a Word document. I conducted a survey study that investigated 102 orthopaedic surgeons' opinions towards the treatments for five disorders. I now have 102 responses (34 American spine surgeons, 68 American joint surgeons, 33 Chinese spine surgeons, and 15 Chinese joint surgeons) . In each response, the surgeon gave comments for the five disorders in the form of " Case#1: xxxxx; Case#2: xxxxx, ...Case#5:xxxxx". I recorded all the responses in a Microsoft Word document. Now, I would like to do two things. First, I would like to put together the words by case, specialty, and country. This means: for each case, I would like to have the following four things: (1) all the words from the American spine surgeons put together without punctuation marks; (2) all the words from the American joint surgeons put together without punctuation marks; (3) all the words from the Chinese spine surgeons put together without punctuation marks; (4) all the words from the Chinese joint surgeons put together without punctuation marks. Additionally, please remove the word "Case1", "Case2", etc, and surgeons' names from the final document. Second, for my ORIGINAL Word document, I would like to add specialty annotations to surgeons. For example, if a surgeon is a joint surgeon, I'd like to add a letter "J" or "j" behind his name. I have a Excel document that indicates which surgeon belongs to which specialty. I am very sorry that there are some Chinese names written in Chinese, but as only 15 Chinese joint surgeons are included, that wont be a big problem. Thank you! I look forward to getting your help!
