Digital Files Management - Data Extraction and Management

GENERAL INFO This works consists on data extraction and document management of digital files that will be delivered to you. The total amount of the files in the folder will be something around 900 documents and we expect that you accomplish what is described by the requirements further explained on this guideline document and specific instructions and templates delivered. Our estimated budget is 50 USD, more than that can only be paid if you can proof to be highly skilled/able for accomplishing this this project. REQUIREMENTS (1) RENAME all .PDF FILES on the folder according to specific the instructions of how they be renamed; (2) Before step one non-pdf files must be saves as .pdf, the original one (.doc or .html) can be deleted after saving in pdf; (3) PDF files with more than 5 and less than 50 pages must also be CONVERTED TO A WORD FORMAT that FOLLOWS A SPECIFIC WORD TEMPLATE created for this project documents. The template will be delivered to you; (4) The documents provided must be ORGANIZED IN AN EXCEL CHART, classifying them by author, title, and separating each paragraph of the .pdf file in different excel cells. HIGHLY IMPORTANT! – READ CAUTIOUSLY WHAT IS REQUIRED, MORE DETAILED INFO ARE AVAILABLE ON PROJECT TO DOCUMENT ANNEXED. The maximum DEADLINE will be 65 DAYS after the digital folder with the documents is delivered to you. First milestone will be 30 .pdf documents that should be delivered in no more than 5 days. We’ve set the maximum deadline possible for our project taking into account a reasonable time for a human working without using programming language or other tools. If you can accomplish this project in less days than the deadline mentioned by using any kind of programming or other tools (e.g. Python, Microsoft Macros or VBAs) or any expertise in/or techniques to work with data or automatization/management processes please mention when bidding, this will be considered on evaluation of bid proposal price.
