Excel Expert with Macro skills edit

Looking for an expert excel macro coder I want the user when he opens the excel sheet and click the run button which is in the sheet he will be asked several questions in a quiz format and after he finish the answers will be filled in the corresponding cells accordingly. There will be more than one Run button. for Example Run 1 (set of question to be answered by user x) when he finish. User Y will come and click Run 2 (set of different questions,,etc) all these entries will be added to the excell sheets. Live example of such an excel sheet will be provided you can also use the same macro. Budget $15-30
