Filter through Microsoft Excel spreadsheet - Very easy task of checking & deleting content

Hi there, This Job is for $30 - **I NEED THIS DONE IN 24 HOURS** Please do not send any other bids apart from $30 I need someone who can use Microsoft Excel - The task is very simple, all you need to do is open up the spreadsheet, and copy & paste each address from my spreadsheet into a website ([login to view URL]) to check the 'SALE' dates. If the property shows a sale dated in '2018' then that property needs to be deleted from my list on excel. The person completing the task needs to: 1. Open the Excel spreadsheet that I will send through [login to view URL] are approx 1,000 property addresses that need to be checked to see which properties have SOLD (allow 10-15 seconds per address) 3. Login to the website with the username & password that I give you ([login to view URL]) 4. On the website, after logged in - click on the 'search' tab 4. On the Excel spreadsheet, Copy and paste each address from the spreadsheet into the search column and check the sale date from when the property last sold. 5. If the property shows a sale date year of 2018, then 'REMOVE' the property from the list. 6. After doing this for approx 1,000 property addresses on the list, save the list and email it back to me with the Properties that SOLD in 2018 removed.
