I am working for a US company for 1 month with a 5 Hours weekly limit. 3. 5 Hours per day. I can report 12pm-6pm PHT 4. 1. As a bookkeeper, how do you avoid errors in your work? Ans:- I use excel to reconcile data and It help me to confirm and understand correctness. 2. What commitments do you have right now? Are you employed? Are you working for other projects? How many and for how long? Ans:- I have some ongoing bookkeeping projects which takes 2-3 hours per day. 3. How many hours can you contribute per day? When can you report (let me know the specific time, timezone and days in a week) Ans:- I can contribute 5-6 hours daily for you and I can report 9 am- 3 pm,GMT,5 days in a week. 4. Do you have any experience in Book-keeping? If yes, please elaborate? Ans:- I have more than five years experience in bookkeeping and accounting on numerous accounting software such as Xero,Quickbooks,ZohoBooks,SAP etc.I am having experience in reconciliations and reporting in excel.I can finalize books and prepare financial statements. 5. My work in HSBC mostly involved numbers and I worked as a Quality Analyst too. I make sure that the entries are made correctly by double checking before making the final submission. 2. I am no more employed anywhere. I am a freelancer now who takes up short term projects and I work for a US client whose work I do according to my preferred timings. His work usually a weekly work which takes about 3 to 4 hours. 3. I can allocate up to 8 hours per day and I am ready to be on board as soon as you want. 4. No, I haven't any experience in bookkeeping but I have knowledge on it and I can easily catch the nuances of it quickly if hired. 5. I would like to work at a rate of $4/hr. 6.
