korean telemarketing

I need someone (ideally 2 or 3 individuals) to help me call a list of up to 500 medical/health industry individuals based in Korea. The calls will be reminder calls asking if those previously sent email invitations have received them, and to urge them them to register for our half-day Heart Health conference taking place in Seoul next month, September 21st (no fee required to attend). The calling list will be shared via Google Sheets, along with general phone numbers for the individual's companies, hospitals, etc. Instructions for the calling steps will be provided. Calls will be expected to be short, a simple reminder or inquiry about the email invitation. Original email invitation will be provided for reference. Registrations should be done via the registration form link included in the original invitation. Some of the materials provided (and the direction from me) will be in English, so I will need the individual to have good communication skills in English (Native or near Native), and Native in Korean (as all outbound communication will be in Korean). We are aiming to obtain 50-60 registrations from these calls, and a commission will be provided per registration acquired (to be further discussed). Average calls expected to be placed (given our past experience) is 8-12 per hour, depending on duration of call. We have other projects of a similar nature that can be secured if the candidate is successful with registration results.
