Lead Generation and telephone sales

***Please read the below BEFORE submitting your application for the position*** Good day, My company is in need of an experienced lead generator, with telesales representative and sales experience, to cold call businesses in Australia. You will be using tools such as [login to view URL], [login to view URL] etc (as specified by us) as well as lists of businesses provided to you to follow-up on. During the course of your work with us, you will be required to: - Keep track of every call you make, who it is to and what the result was. This would be through entering information into a Gdoc 'at the time' as you go along, so nice and easy but VERY important - Cold call businesses to get them interested in a new/ updated website, or security for their website - Qualify all leads before submitting them through to us - Provide qualified lead information quickly and clearly to be followed up on so we can close the sale - If the person you are speaking to is very interested, you need to close the sale. Simple! :) If you don't know how to close a sale, please don't apply Some things about you: - You will need to be an outgoing person who enjoys speaking to ppl, even when they aren't expecting a call - You will need to have great English language skills - You will need to have some understanding of Australia and Australians, ideally having sold into Australia in the recent past - I know it is often said, but you will need to enjoy convincing people of what you want, and selling - You will think the internet is great and see the need for a business to have a quality website. Ideally you will have worked in this area before, but this isn't a must - You will appreciate the need for transparancy, in keeping us up to date with your work at any and all stages When it comes to the working hours, you will be required to work to Australian time, with 10am - 12pm and 2pm to 5pm AEST being the hours required to be worked each day. In the end this will be a 5 hour day for the person we select to work with. As we need to find a great fit for our organisation, the awarded person will be given an initial five hour 'shift' to show how you work and the great results you can achieve in that time. With the above trial shift, your efforts will be assessed on the following factors: - How many calls you made - The length of each call - How many leads came from those calls - How many sales, if any, you made - Going through the quality, and correctness, of your notes To submit your interest for this ongoing position, we look forward to hearing from all suitably qualified, and experienced, people out there. With this we will be able to get a much better idea of your sales skills, level and technique As touched on above, we are hoping that the selected person will be with us for a long time into the future. To show that we want to achieve this, once a trial period has been completed we will happily speak with our new staff member about a commission structure for successful leads. These commissions, when coming into play, will more than double the pay amount made each week. Something I hope is very exciting to plan for and, more importantly, work towards.
