Need to extract name, phone # and e-mail from e-mails (message) in mbox-file URGENT

Hi, I have an mbox-file with over 11'000 e-mails. The e-mails were auto-generated through three different forms on a website and have one of three formats, we can detect the format by checking the subject line of the e-mail. In each e-mail we have name, e-mail and phone number of a person. I would like to have all this information (name, phone no, e-mail) in an Excel-File. All three e-mail formats have the data like this name: [values for name] phone: [value for phone no.] e-mail: [e-mail address] Parsing all e-mails by first checking the subject line (to detect the format) and then extracting the data seems to be the thing to do. Please include in your bid how you would extract the data and add the result of 5+3+1=? to your bid to avoid bids by bots.
