Additionally, she has been interviewed and quoted by some of the world’s top business and lifestyle publications. Lisa is a former Director of Protocol for the City and County of San Francisco, a Certified Etiquette Professional, and a member of the International Society of Protocol and Etiquette Professionals. What we are looking for: • An experienced Publicist who is hard-working, dynamic, and dedicated to helping their clients grow • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including spelling and grammar • Excellent proof-reading skills coupled with a creative flair for producing engaging copy • Ability in presenting stories to journalists by organizing information in succinct and interesting ways to capture their attention • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to demonstrate an approachable and friendly demeanor when communicating with internal and external contacts (i.e., journalists, influencers, bloggers, photographers, web designers, and brands) • Exceptional organizational skills, time-keeping skills, and the ability to consistently meet and maintain tight media deadlines • Knowledge in Cision, WordPress, Flodesk, and Google Analytics is encouraged but not required. Primary Responsibilities & Duties: ● Draft and distribute pitches and press releases to regional and national publications with a highly engaged readership ● Coordinate all press (editorial, radio, podcasts, and television), influencer, blogger, and partnership inquiries ● Coordinate all interview requests and liaise prior to interviews ● Secure brand partnerships (i.e., collaborations, brand ambassador opportunities, etc.) ● Edit press Q&As on behalf of the client ● Create monthly customized social media plans and maintain/post content to all social channels (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Tik Tok, YouTube, and LinkedIn) ● Edit and post weekly blogs to client’s website via WordPress ● Post all press hits to client’s website via WordPress ● Assist and provide direction on website content to drive more subscriptions ● Plan and coordinate brand photoshoots ● Check HARO and Qwoted daily for media opportunities and submit all queries on behalf of the client. ● Track progress and all secured publicity ● Create and send quarterly newsletters and holiday e-blasts via Flodesk on behalf of the client ● Maintain and lead weekly calls ● Analyze and report data metrics, insights, and traffic engagement via Google Analytics ● Consistently pitch new and creative ideas to deliver results and increase visibility.
